All of SIRENA + THE SEA'S products are non-refundable, we accept exchange or store credit only. Please use our size guide to ensure proper fit or email us at [email protected] with any questions prior to purchase to ensure you have the perfect fitting swimsuit! If you find your swimwear isn't fitting quite right, we are more then happy to issue you a store credit to the value of your swimwear (minus original shipping charges) or exchange for another size if the following is met:

• Unworn items must be returned within 14 days of delivery date
• Unworn items must have hygiene sticker in place and all swing tags attached
• Unworn items must be returned in original SIRENA SWIM poly bag

We are here to make you happy! If for any reason you are not happy with your jewelry or kimono purchase please don't hesitate to let us know. SIRENA + THE SEA jewelry and kimonos are non-refundable for exchange or store credit within 14 days from the date of receipt. If the return is within 14 days and the item is in its original condition, with swing tags and packaging -- A SIRENA + THE SEA store credit or exchange will be issued.
